First detailed examination and X-ray imaging are performed.
Patient's age, bone maturity and degree of deformity are evaluated.
If needed 3D planning is done for preoperative preparation.
Osteotomy site is fixed with plates and screws.
Early mobilization programs initiated.

Growth Plates and Growth Disorders

Bone growth in children occurs through epiphyseal plates (growth zones). Injuries or diseases in these areas can lead to growth disorders. Early surgical intervention may be required for repair of growth plates.
